FCFS capacity

EemsEnergyTerminal, a subsidiary of Gasunie and Vopak, has concluded its Open Season process for contracting LNG import capacity until 2036.

Available FCFS capacity

Following the conclusion of the Open Season process on 30 January 2026, EemsEnergyTerminal has contracted a significant part of the capacity. However, capacity remains available and is offered on a First Come First Served (FCFS) basis to qualified interested parties. The available FCFS capacity is marketed in accordance with applicable regulated Third Party Access rules: FCFS requests must cover the full term and include a minimum of five (5) unloading slots per contract year.

For interested parties

Parties that have expressed their bona fide interest in becoming a terminal user by submitting the Expression of Interest form and signing an NDA are invited to subscribe to the remaining FCFS capacity of approximately 2,4 bcma. Capacity rights will be definitively granted only upon a positive FID once the necessary permits have been obtained. In this process each party bears its own costs associated with the Open Season. Participation does not create any rights. EemsEnergyTerminal reserves the right to adjust the process.

Parties may still submit an Expression of Interest to become an Interested Party for the FCFS capacity now available. For more information, please contact us at [email protected].
